This beautiful river bottom tract has it all. It has great duck hunting on Mud Lake and a flooded nearby abandoned field, doves, big deer, and great fishing. The lakes are restocked by the river annually. There are numerous food plots, and stands, access to a MS River sandbar, and access to Mud Lake, a boat launch, where the fishing & duck hunting is phenomenal. There is a 25 year timber reservation to Anderson-Tully on 500 acres of the timber. They did a management cut and left most of the big timber standing. This place has limestone road access with gated entry off of the Transylvania Loop Levee and Homestead Road. It is approximately 4 miles south of Lake Providence and 18 miles north of Tallulah, LA. Both Vicksburg / Tallulah Regional Airport and Lake Providence Airports are nearby. These type tracts with ducks, deer, fishing, and doves don’t come around often.
